Student Benefits Voucher Not Working Again

Good Day Absa Benefits Team,

Kindly please take careful note of the following please.

I'm trying to use my Student Benefits for the 100MB Telkom data for my cellphone but it keeps saying "Validation Error - Can't Verify my ID number".

I've had this issue prior. So once again I am having to reach out for assistance from you to rectify this ongoing problem. Kindly please manually load the Telkom Data reward voucher to my linked mobile number. I can provide ID number, Absa bank account and any other information via email so please kindly get in touch with me.
