student account complaint

i have been with absa for quite some time however i am disgusted with the service for the past couple a weeks i have been trying to upgrage my account to a student account everytime i ask the consultants they say someone will call me back to assit but no one does some even lie and say upgrade cant be done online when it can im so disappointed i use to think absa is the best bank for students but i was so wrong i have to start university in 2 weeks time and cant even sort my account out totally disappointed
