Struggling to get the Natis documents

Not happy at all. I don't know why we always have to turn to hello Peter before we get something done. My late father car as been settled already on the 28th of June and still struggling to get the documents. I was now told to contact the call center jut to find out they can't help me I need to contact another one. My father's work email and phone number is not working. Returned to te company with no access to it. So if they were to try to arrange colletion or delivery on those it will not be recieved that's why my self and my attorneys have been trying to get the information to get the paperwork..
