Struggling to get paid up letter

We have paid up our vehicle installment the 22nd of February

We have settled 3 accounts last week and receive both of the other 2 paid up letters on the 27th of February, I emailed the settlement and proof of payment on the 22nd of Feb

Debt rescue cannot start with the clearance certificate if we do not get a paid up letter from Absa aswell.

So please we are urgently awaiting the paid up letters, as well as arranged for the natis documents to be couriered. Your communication system is really confusing as there is no point in someone new answering your emails. When we phone all they say is they will email it. Never receive emails after a phone call.

So please someone in the Debt Review department, please help us to settle this problem so we can start with the clearance as i really do not understand why it has to take so long. Its 5 days tomorrow 7 if you include weekend.
