Struggling to get original Natis document - no assistance from ABSA

I have been trying to get my original Natis document from ABSA today it's going to be 2 weeks not getting assistance. I have lodged a complaint and I was told that someone will call me ( ***) but I am still waiting. I have sent all the documents that were requested but to date I have no way forward instead I am sent from pillar to post.
