Struggling to get documentation!!
I am struggling to get a letter from your bank that states that my Credit Card account is CLOSED.
I am trying to have my credit profile at the relevant credit bureaus updated correctly but the account in question is showing as Paid Up and not CLOSED as should it be.
The account was opened on 20 April 2005.
Hope to be assisted soon
