Struggling to cancel Insurance
I am struggling since 20 October 2013 to get Absa to cancel their Home Owners Insurance as I took separate insurance through Santam Insurance. I did send Absa the confirmation of the Santam Insurance with my initial request to cancel the Absa Insurance. My Santam Insurance Policy number is ***. Santam did note the fact that there is a Bond Registered by Absa.
