Struggling since Jan 2020 to change a debit order date!

COMPLAINT - I have been trying since Feb 2020 to change my Personal Loan debit order date, apparently it was changed, but in May 2020 it didn't go off - NOT MY FAULT. I didn't stop the debit order. It went off the last time in March on the 25th (the old date), so then it didn't go off again? So I would think it wasn't changed? STILL SINCE JAN 2020! I was calling since May and in June and I have been speaking to numerous people to tell me what's going on, I had to repeat myself numerous times while at work...and every time someone promised it will be changed, and nothing happened! I had a salary cut and needed money for petrol to get to work, so they can't deduct 2/3 month now, they can deduct 1 month now. ONLY! And move the loan 1/2 months on. I didn't stop the debit order! And then I have been struggling since March to get my credit card sorted out, I can't get any statements on my new credit card. And I have been emailing customer complaints, absa...etc since Feb 2020...The issue is still not resolved!
