STRUGGLING FOR PAID UP LETTER FROM ABSA CARD
<p>I have requested on several occasions for a paid up letter from ABSA for my Garage Credit Card, but to date have received nothing. As a bank I would expect better service. Always quick to want money but not give the client the service that goes with it. Reference Numbers 850993, 850990, 839441, 837049, these reference numbers are since 2 June 2017, I urgently need this paid up letter send to me for account number: ********** ********** 12</p>

Well this seems to be the only response I ever get from ABSA, not other correspondence. Again, just another reference number which means nothing.
