Struggling financially on a short term basis.

My name is Lisette Botha., I have lived at the same address for 33 years. I have banked with ABSA for as long as I can remember. I now need R25 000 for living expenses for the next 2 months. And to undo all the returned stop orders in my account. My account is a mess at the moment with unpaid debit orders. I have asked for help on several occasions with some help from ABSA. but it seems they are willing to offer money freely but not help with a major problem I have. ABSA HAVE MADE THOUSANDS OF RANDS FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DO NOT OFFER HELP WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING THEIR CLIENTS OUT OF DEBT. I have unsubscribed from all amounts coming off my credit card, but the Avast and PDF sites are relentless Please can you assist with a small loan or a credit card increase. I have always prided myself on a neat and updated ABSA account. I have app**** to the municipality for ATTP support, for help with my electricity bill and this was met with a stumbling block as I have a small bond on my property which came about after my husband passed away in 2008. The original bond was for R95 000. In 1992. The bond was also in both our names. I had to change the name on the bond to my self and unfortunately I left it for five years. By the time I changed the name on the bond it cost me R180 000. Bond fees and lawyers’ fees. I have two years left on the name change bond. The property now has a value of R740 000 (municipal). I cannot ask SA Home Loans for an additional bond as apparently I am too old. I turned 69 on 31st March 2025. A very good friend is paying the bond on our behalf until May 2025. My husband was shot at a party in 1975, and this left him disabled. No one was arrested or charged No one would give him life insurance. Therefore I have lived as a disabled person myself as well as caregiver and breadwinner for my husband most of my life. I have shared my story with ABSA which you have acknowledge via email I will enclose it again and you will be able to assist me or see me fail. My sister who lives with me is now my caretaker and her Pension is due at the end of May-June 2025. We are still waiting! This is due to a change in the policy on my sister’s pension fund. We live together and we share any monies coming in. I have Post Polio Syndrome, which is a neurological condition, the neurological nerves in my brain are attacking my remaining muscles, and I have not left my home since 2019. I am also losing my hearing. I have no money coming in for the next two months other than SASSA and some donations from friend and family SASSA takes care of my electricity which is very high. We are living day to day sometimes hour to hour. Is there anything that ABSA can help me with at the moment. I would appreciate it very much, my sister is my beneficiary should I pass away and we can make arrangements that any money outstanding is paid to the bank when I die. My sister Judy is my caretaker, but she suffers from a back disorder and she may go blind without the appropriate care. She also relies on a wheelchair for long distance walking. We have the documents required to verify our claim. Please help us !! Kind regards Lisette Botha and my sister Judy Nel
