Struggles with FICA

<p>Why is it impossible to do a simple FICA for my cards?</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the Santyger branch yesterday with all supporting documents to activate my cards, they couldn't do it. Told me it's due to a "new" system. Anyways, got a email address to send my documents to. Did that. Later asked on the ABSA Facebook page if they can give me feedback. Was told to send my documents to another email adress.... Seriously, how many times must I keep on doing this? It seems the only one that's actually doing their job there is Andrea. Anyways, Go look in your ********** ********** and ********** for my documentation. Subject is "FW: 5 ********** 0 ********** - ********** 167082"</p> <p> </p> <p>And most importantly, please make sure that my correct cellphone number is linked to my cards for when I receive OTP's it comes to my number. The correct number is ********** . Ps, the branch couldnt do that as well...</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards.</p>

My garage card is: 9 ********** 0 **********

I have submitted the fica documents to your fica department.

This is still not sorted out. Now I am told I have to go into the branch because they can't do it. Well I will NOT go into the branch because they said they can't do it either. Are the staff at ABSA really so *********** that they really can't link my cellphone number to the secondary credit card so that I can register for online banking?

It's pretty easy, I just want the following done:

Ok 1st thing. The primary card holder: Mrs MJL DE KOCK with credit card number ***68 5019 has successfully registered for online banking with the following number: ***.

2nd thing. I Mr D DE KOCK the secondary card holder with card number ***68 5027 would also like to register for online banking under the following number: ***.

If I can not, what's the use of actually having a card then? No online purchases, no EFT's?

This is really annoying me.

Please just sort this out.
