Stressed

I previously reviewed ABSA regarding my credit card that was handed over to the lawyers due to getting retrenched and got this reference C-***9. I received an email from a kind Lebohang who promised to investigate my query with the collections department and promised to get back to me, I was told as per email my account *** was prescribed and that their collections will update my ITC to prescribed, this was August 2020, 7 months later this is still affecting my ITC and I can't buy a house or a car, this is affecting me daily because my life has come to a stand still and all i was and still begging is to clear my name so that I can get my life together. Hello Peter, please assist
