<p>Absa vehicle and asset Finace debitted installment + insurance money from my account and I called them to find out why they had debited insurance when I already have insurance which is MIWAY , they responded with saying that I didn't provide proof of insurance so I wait ahead and sent proof of insurance and asked them to cancel they insurance and debit the installment they sent me an email saying that the cancellation had been proceed and would take 4 to 5 days </p> <p>all of a sudden I get a call from ABSA saying that my account is in arrears as a result of the insurance that I refused to pay for I've been calling ABSA to try and get them to clear that but I keep on failing I've drove to an ABSA branch to try and sort out this matter but up until now nothing has been done to clear my name I've asked them to send me proof of cancellation but nothing has come through I don' why my ABSA insurance hasn't been cancelled by now and this is causing problems on my side </p>
