Strange deductions from my bank account

I have been going through my bank statements and processing them into pastel and noticed a strange deduction called RCCS BOS J cc. I have never heard of this and did not sign a debit order that they may deduct money from my account. <br> <br> Can someone please help me regarding this? I have seen lots of complaints regarding this.
