Stranded and unable to withdraw

On 24.11.2015 I was unable to withdraw, I then went into the branch and advised them of this. They assisted me and the problem was solved, I also advised that I would not be in the country am using my card in the UAE. I was advised everything would be fine. Upon arriving in Dubai, I cannot withdraw! It says invalid pin. I've confirmed with the branch and with ***** that I am going to Dubai. I've even called to ensure its the right pin. Now I've been advised that my chip is blocked and they don't know who blocked it. There is no ABSA here! I've been on call after call, being put from pillar to post. Does ABSA know how much a call to Dubai costs??? I am not a billionaire. I am stranded in another country with NO cash! ABSA I really do not wish to continue banking with you. Nor would I recommend your service to anyone. Kindly clean up your mess as I want MY money NOW!
