Stop order not honoured

I went into the bank last month in order to stop a debit that was going to go off my account. I was told everything would be fine and i signed a stop order form. Today i go to draw funds from my account and find that the stop order i had thought was in place actually wasnt. A deduction of R2420.00 came off yesterday. I now have R94.00 left in my account. Please advise me what to do now since i now have no funds to eat for the rest of the month or to go to work????? i am so sick and tired of the incompetency that ABSA hires as staff. Why was my stop order not held in place? I made arrangements with Markhams, they also didnt stop the debit order going thorugh. If your bank cant protect you and keep your money safe, who can you trust? I need my money to be reversed back into my account ASAP.
