Stop card delay

I was harassed and blocked in at an ABSA ATM today. I was so shocked and confused. My card was taken so fast. I phoned the emergency line to cancel my card at 14:17. I explained my card was taken at an ATM. My card was used while I was on the phone at 14:17 and 14:18. And after the called ended. I saw transaction. I rushed to the only branch in ny town. They were of no help. It was minutes after the transactions. I phoned the ***** line. They had the audacity to tell me stopping your card is not immediate. I must wait till Monday for investigator to call me and minimum 21 day for resolution. They are suppose to protect clients from *****. I am so tired of ABSA. I am moving my account as soon as possible due to bad service.
