I traded in previous vehicle in August, settled the Balance on the previous vehicle, I have been debited my instalment as normal on the 27th August, and then settled the outstanding Debt on the 31st of August, It is now the beginning of November, I have still not received back my instalment that I have paid on the 27th even though settling the debt on the 31st August, Where is the money?

2. Upon getting a settlement letter, there's a loyalty benefit promise in there, so I have financed another vehicle through Absa, in the same month i have signed my new Contract, the settlement quote states 45days, I think it has been 60+ days now, Wheres that Money?
