stole my rent money

I opened an account with Absa the 7th December my retrenchment money was paid in the account Absa took 5000 of it saying I owe them money since 6 years ago<br> No phone call or arrangement attempt was made even though they had my new details. I am still unemployed and don't even have rent money.
