Stockvel/club for businesses we are disappointed

Our club needs urgent attention : we tried to withdraw cash as one of our members has passed on, however we found out that the card was blocked due to the fact that every five years the needs to be a renewal, however one of our members has moved to kzn and is able to come. We were that told to provide minutes to confirm the removal of the signatory, we did that and we are still waiting... It's been two weeks now the card I blocked our members are frustrated, the affected members family is disappointed as the was no money on our behalf for the funeral. We are at a point where we no longer want to bank with absa, for business due to this up and down..
