stinking service ABSA Transactional operations

i received 2 emails yesterday from Dimakatso Manyapye Transactional Operations Tel +27 11 *** she requested i call her or provide correct contact details as she is trying to get hold of me ,i called her 5 times each time she answered put me on hold whilst having a conversation in the background and dropped the call the last call she put me on hold for 15min this is really frustrating as i have a credit card with you and not sure why she tried to get hold of me i am highly annoyed at the situation
