STINKING absa BANK

I visited absa this morning to fica and change my address details. What a disappointment experience!!! When I walked in ... there was NO ONE at the front desk of the bank....the security person shouted at me from the atm to sanatize. I walked in and there was NO ONE TO ASSIST. So I went to customers area where there was 20 people in the queue. The time was 09h21. There was NO PERSON to assist the over 60's. SO I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. When EVENTUALLY I got to the person who would assist me and I told her I was there to change my address and that this was the SECOND time I was actually TRYING to do so. She just took one look at the municipality account and told me that my son in law should come in and do it himself. I told her I was his representative and that I have signing power in SA she told me to bring in his identity document. REALLY!!!! Now how can I manage that!??? I am sure that he uses this document himself when traveling? She was adamant that she could not help me. I walked back to the entrance of the bank.....and lo and behold the security person is standing there feeding her mouth with chips. YUCK WHAT A SIGHT!!!! I told her I want to speak to the bank manager and eventually the managed to swallow the mouthfull of chips and decided to call Salomè who was supposed to work the front desk. So I waited and waited and waited untill eventually she sent me to see a teller at the bulk teller side. I explained my story to her again and she could not help me either. Just to make my point.....I WASTED TWO AND A HALF HOURS OF MY PRECIOUS TIME FOR NOTHING!!!!!! BECAUSE WHEN I LEFT THE TIME WAS 12H12. OH AND NOT TO FORGET THE UNBECOMING PERSONAL CONDUCT OF THE FRONT DESK PERSON SALOMÈ. SHE GRABBED A MALE CLIENT AND STARTED SHOUTING AND HUGGING HIM SO THAT I WAS NEARLY KNOCKED TO THE FLOOR. It really left a bad taste in my mouth!! Absa WHERE IS YOU BANK MANAGERS IN YOU BRANCHES???? YOU SHOULD SHAPE UP!!!!!
