Still waiting on Credit Card part 2 Now Irate

after i received the response from absa on helopeter i decided to phone in as i didn't receive an email from them nor a call or sms at least up until today how pathetic. sms me my progress or status of the application. if i was approved on the 31 dec 2015 its now the 20th Jan 2016 and no communication as yet. anyway i phoned an a consultant advised me that i must send a copy of my id and marriage certificate as its unclear. why couldn't they sms me this information. i sent the email on Monday today is Wensday guess what no communication besides the automated response via email. but nothing other than that. so please absa send a sms to keep me updated. I would like to request reasons why this process is taking absa so long an frequent communication as to the outcome ASAP. I would like a team leader or a manager to contact me to complete my application.
