Still waiting on absa HOC insurance for a lower interest rate

Absa homeloan agent called monday 5september 2022 at 3pm to acknowledge my grievance and promised to call back in 20min after speakimg with her manager. Needless to say i waited in vain for nothing she never called back. I asked absa homeloan insurance for a cheaper interest rate as I am not working and absa is shifting and delaying the request in the hope that I will just give up. This is an old tactic in the industry. Bull**** baffles brains sort of. Absa trainees consultants cant help my request why cant a manager call. Why does all these corporate use the trainees as messengers. At this rate we will never reach a resolution.
