Still waiting in Title Deed

<p>Good day, I have a bond account with Absa, and all I need is my title deed so that I can add an extension to my home. I've contacted your call centre on numerous occasions and they've contacted me back twice making empty promises. I was informed that Absa does not have my title deed (how the hell is this even possible?!). Consultants have promised to contact the lawyers, then I was informed that they cannot contact the lawyer. I requested that they contact the deeds office, they told me this would be done too, and that I would be contacted. I never heard back again. As a loyal Absa client I was saddened how the home loan experience was (it took your lawyers a year to get the property on my name) and now this! Please help me, to restore the little bit of faith I have in the Absa bank my reference is ********** 0.</p>
