Still waiting for payout on day 10
Have been given the run around from absa loans dept from the 19th. Payout was promised after 2pm on the 20th already as the person doing payment was in a meeting.when I call to follow up they tell me to call the next day and keep reassigning an assessor. I have dealt with Bongani, Thobile, and now Nkululeko, to name a few.All disappear on the day the promised to sort it out. Im an absa premium client, and have been banking with you guys for years.This is terrible service. This is now ridiculous!!!
