Still waiting for our id;s since last year december 2023

I have step children.App**** for their id's on the Keywest ABSA branch on the 19 December 2023 last year. Ref no.248 .After sevral times asking them to get their id's as they are in matric this year.The school pushing us.deadline time for them to register is 17 May 2024.id no Troy justin ******ts *** and he's sister Carla ******ts *** .The only one that reply to my emails is k******* ABSA ignore me.This is a serious matter now.Im a ABSA banking customer since 1989 and it is unacceptable and want urgent answer.My number is Mr J Smith *** or their mother no.*** Erna Odendaal
