Still waiting for my savings account card delivery

I opened an ABSA savings account online last week Tuesday, and I was told the card would be delivered by DSV Courier Services. I received one call from DSV for delivery confirmation, but unfortunately, I was in a meeting and missed it. Since then, no one has contacted me again, and I haven’t received any updates from ABSA or DSV.

I urgently need my card for banking, and it’s been quite frustrating not being able to access it or get any clear communication on what’s happening. Please assist in expediting the card delivery or providing a proper update.
