still waiting for information

Dear absa on the 1st of June 2015 you send me an sms telling me i have been upgraded to an gold value bundle and that more information would follow it is today the 12th of June and still NO information and no gold card??? What is happening . Could someone tell me in what year would this information follow. And what happend to the bank card??? I have been an loyal customer for many years and this is the service i get??? No no no Absa step up the service please!!!!!!
