Still waiting for feedback | NO FEEDBACK

Im still waiting for feedback on the below query. No response on call centre, no reply on online email.

The first instalment on my personal loan went off without credit protection because I cancelled the insurance on my loan. The second instalment on my personal loan went off with credit protection which I never reinstated. I never opted for credit protection on such a small amount of money.

I need to know why this is happening and at the same time I want my money reimbursed (paid into my transact account).

I have a TruSave account, its states that the minimum deposit fee must be R30 and then R8 + R1.55/R100. Why did ABSA take a R30.00 fee on my deposit I made into the account at the counter.

This is not the first time I am having problems with ABSA bank taking my money without my permission.

I need someone to respond to my emails, I sent Julia Burns an email on Monday 10 June, I haven't received any feedback from her. Maybe there are people on hellopeter that will be able to assist me. I've had it with you guys, you always take your time to assist your clients, why?

I sent an email on Saturday and again on Monday, still no feedback or confirmation that my email was received.

TruSave and Gold Value Bundle

I need to make a min deposit of R30.00 into my accounts and a fee of R8.00 + 1.55% of the value paid / R1.55 Per R100.00 on TruSave.

I can't seem to find the R30.00 cash deposit fee on the price-list 2017, can you please indicate where the R30.00 fee for cash deposit on my accounts are indicated on the price-list 2017.

The only R30.00 fee I see on deposit is for cheque deposits only.

I need you to pay the interest I was supposed to receive on the full amount. (For example: R100.00 paid to an Acc balance of R1000.00 = R1100.00 balance of which interest was supposed to be received on but now the person received interest on a R1070.00 because of the R30.00 fee)

I also need the interest paid for the previous deposit that was made into my account where R30.00 fee was deducted.

Thank you
