Still waiting for feedback

Good old ABSA threw away my FICA documentation and blocked my card. No call, no email, no SMS. I tried to put in petrol, and my card was declined for no reason whatsoever. Fortunately I had cash on me, and, at the time, thought it might have been a system error.<br> <br> I received a call on Monday to tell me that Absa doesn't know what happened, they aren't sure if they lost my FICA documentation or misplaced it. The promise was that I'd get feedback, but, Tuesday came and went, as did Wednesday, and still no indication of whether this will be resolved or not. <br> <br> Don't worry though, Absa is still happily charging be banking fees for a card I can not use, because they don't know what's going on.<br> <br> Calling me to tell me you don't know what you did with my documentation isn't much feedback, and doesn't help me at all.
