Still waiting for Absa Insurance to repair home caused by Hail damage 5 weeks ago??

On 9th October 2017 West Rand was hit once again with huge hail and homes got damaged. Still waiting on Absa - Nhenhu Vonani Nozula to give feedback or approve the repairs.

House windows were broken, cracked and awnings damaged. Till today, thats a month later, I'm still waiting for Absa. Contractors has given quotes. Now waiting for Absa Nhenhu Vonani Nozula to approve.

For a week now I cannot get hold of here telephonically. E-mail sent to her and myself to contact me and give feedback has just been ignored.

So what to do? Is Absa the correct house insurance if your family cannot count on them to fix or replace broken windows. Do they realize what it means to Woman not to have windows in your bedroom, for a month now???

Really disappointed! They just don't give a damn!
