I'm still waiting on feedback on my ***** case. NOBODY gives me clear answers and they keep saying that it is complicated........ ABSA ........ shame on you for treating me as a loyal client for so many years like this. Shame on you.....

Just got an email which said the case is complex and I must wait another 5 days.......
