Still waiting

I app**** for a credit card on the 9th December 2015 and all paperwork was send to card division, I received a call from Tebogo ref *** stating it will only be 5 more days i will receive a message stating were and when to collect my card.<br> I went into Absa Branch on the 28th December 2015, they told me the card is destroyed i asked what card they couldnt tell me, we called the card division from ABSA Branch stating that there is still documents outstanding, we forward documents on the 28th December to ABSA Card Division, i went to the bank again on the 4th Jan 2016 to find out that nothing has been done and that card division is stating they are backed log with work.<br> I cant believe that it can take almost a month for a credit card and collection, i would like date to when my card will be delivered at the branch for my collection.
