Still waiting

I wrote a report on hello Peter on the 21 St of December regarding the problem. Someone named Claudete responded and said I will be contacted shortly. I am still waiting. I app**** for a credit card on the 11 th of December. All was approved. I emailed all the needed documents. When I enquired the documents apparently was not received .I once again emailed the documents on the 21st of December. I have been sending emails, endless calls being made and daily email messages via the Facebook page. I have not received any calls from absa. I have also emailed Irma van Staden AGAIN. I Called the call centre this morning and spoke to Nadia. She said that my application is still with the fica dept. When I asked her when the documents were evened, she said on the 11th! !!!! I am sick and tired of this. I have app**** for a credit card at Nedbank on Saturday and already received a call from them . Guess I should consider moving banks!
