Still waiting

I app**** for a credit card a week and a half ago. It was approved. I emailed all the documents requested on the same day. I called 2 days later to see if they receives all the docs. They did and it was at that stage at the fica dept. They said that it will take 3 to 5 days and my card will be delivered. It has now been more than 7 working days and nothing yet. No one has called me, I have to hold for 15 minutes when I call the call centre. Apparently there is a backlogg on new applications..... This is not my problem. I am already on holiday now and will not be able to pick up the card. I asked that my card be added to my online banking, without any response what so ever. I have been with absa for more than 15 years and this is how you treat me? Please get in touch with me asap
