Still wait for natis to be delivered, after 3 years.

My mother has been waiting since 2015 for absa to send her natis and a letter confirming that she had finished paying for the car. My mother went to sterling in marble tower to find out how much she still had to pay to finish off the debt she had with absa vehicle. At Sterling they told her she had paid up the debt and gave her Mr Oliphant's number( who works with absa vehicle). My mother called Mr Oliphant. Mr Oliphant promised to send the natis and letter to the absa branch in Queenstown. We went to the branch and they told us that no document were sent there for my mother. Last year i sent a message through their facebook page, the following day Mr Oliphant called again. He told us her is looking into the matter. Two weeks later we called him again he told us that he was going to call stifling to confirm if my mom had paid off the loan. We called again after a week and we could not get hold of him. We called till we got tired of calling. The worst part is that absa vehicle can not explain why the title deed owner is Hollard. As a result the car is no longer on the road and we can not pay for the disc
