STILL VERY IRRATE UNHEARD CUSTOMER

I thank you kindly for reinstating my debt review...last thing i need from Absa...My last email was sent 7 days ago requesting my updated details for payment as well as the restructuring of my amount owed as it is really highly impossible to still owe 97k on a car that cost 79k as i already paid 67k. Please can some one at Absa recalculate with the interest rate i was supposed to be on.
