STILL VERY IRRATE UNHEARD CUSTOMER

More emails...even more confusion...as the time goes on my account falls more and more in arrears and Absa can still use my non payment as an excuse to cancel my being reinstated under there debt review. I have up until now still not received fro the lady Judith an email to tell me who actually is incharge of my account . This is how Absa operates. They didnt respond to my initial enquiry to have a breather on my account since June after i could afford my payments...im now working 5 months and could have been making payments on thus account but nobody seems to have any answers. I know Judith had atleast a sumpathetic ear and tried to establish some correspondence with Absa...yet me i have received no communication other that i owe money and auction threats and still owe money much more than what i am supposed to. Someone please help. I need a lawyer anything anyone who can assist. Please please please help me.

Please note that I was placed under debt review in September 2011.

Absa was supposed to adjust my payment term but did not do so, I was retrenched in December 2015 and continued to pay this account.

Last year June it became too much and I stopped payment due to having no funds available.

I was then contacted by Justin Karelse who I thought was handling my case. I started a contract job in September 2017 and when contacted by Justin Karelse was aiming to make arrangements for a payment plan which never happened as Absa just terminated my debt review due to non payment.

I have been corresponding via with the debt review department but was told to email my consented court order to your department. Can someone please contact me as I am willing to pay this account but have not been able to contact anyone with regards to making arrangements to pay this account.
