Still Unexplained Deduction on my Credit card

After Clearing and settling my credit card and after expressing my unhappiness with the large amounts unexplained, deductions every month i have to call the centre and be placed on hold to get this sorted, this time the balance of the credit card is in a positive but still large amounts are deducted, the call centre agent placed it under investigation as she has no explanation or reasons? Please be aware if you cant tell me why you are deducting amounts out of my accounts, you will force me to move to a different bank. If next month continues i WILL MOVE MY ACCOUNT
