Still the worst service EVER

<p>I finally opened a new account again after closing one some time ago because of poor service. I opened an account in November and the first deposit into the acc was made in Jan...out of desperation almost a month I wanted to withdraw money from that acc but got an error about FICA...Went inside the branch and gave them proof of res. Till this day Im still unable to withdraw money from my acc and it is really frusttrating. I have sought help from 4 branches already. This is terrible...Im closing this account again...ABSA IS THE WORST...and dont tell me I should contact someone, I have NO money, My money is held up in Your bank. I should be called and be made to understand why I cannot access my money</p>
