Still strugling to get a response!

Since our previous review we are still stuck at square 1. Absa employees only responded once a complaint was lodged on hellopeter and a proposal was sent to settle my claim. However, I still have questions on this proposal but they simply do not respond to any queries. So since it seems they only respond when called out on an open forum I will follow this route again to get some kind of response on all the mails sent. Honestly the worst service I have received in my life - seems like loyalty (been a client for 35 years) means absolutely zero to them
