STILL receiving ex's statements after 4 years
I am continually requesting that my e-mail address be removed from my ex-boyfriend's profile and have received e-mails assuring me that this will be done. I am STILL receiving them. How difficult is it to remove an e-mail address. Judging by what's happening here it is absolutely impossible. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE remove my e-mail address from your system. I do not have and never have had an account with ABSA. Thank you.
