Still not resolved

My query for the credit card is NOT resolved, you can type me the same message the entire time.

Your collections department information is wrong. Lest start there, you said that I only paid R500 but after two or 3 days later I paid another R200 which is R700 total.

Now this card which I requested be frozen is just running an additional interest on top of the normal balance which I stated several times, also several times sent through the information to this email card arrangements with no response received??

I am not going to be able to pay this new interest I top of the normal balance just because you decided to cancel this arrangement with someone that stated he can’t pay R800 but managed to at least get R700 together to try meet you half way.

This is utter be and this bank closes queries with no option to respond back and leaves this matter Unresolved.
