Still no card no show - DSV you make ABSA look bad
Its day 5 and still no card delivered. DSV couriers has contacted me on Wednesday and promised delivery to be today between 10 and 1. No show. I phoned bloemfontein branch to follow up just to be informed card still in JHB. I NEED THE CARD BEFORE I DEPART on Tuesday evening next week. If not I am closing my accounts with absa upon return. Its the most useless courier services I ever came across and cant believe that a large financial institution like absa make use of these spineless couriers.

I am proceeding on my end. Its just empty promises with no interaction with your clients by phone. I am done with this incompetend bank

If it does not reach me before EOB tomorrow, then ill make sure this get the attention required on all platforms by tomorrow night. Thank you anyway for the feedback. This couriers are even worst than CCD which already have a bad reputation and are putting ABSA in a bad light.
