Still appauled that they hid my late mothers' money

<p>I am still shocked up until now that they actually never paid out my late mothers' money. My mom showed me the statements of the money she invested with ABSA as she was their client for years. I sa these statements a month before she passed on, unfortunately for me, some of the boxes we packed in Gauteng to KZN never reached KZN and i lost the account numbers like that. And ABSA told me she had nothing with them. At first they said she has a will, and they said i must get Letter of Authority from the court for my moms' money to be paid to me, and i did that, then they said there is no WILL. Im still shocked at this service. Taking someone's money just like that. You should really b ashamed of yourself. My late mother was Busisiwe Leckinah Shabangu (Sihlangu) - ********** 754</p>
