Still adding insurance on loan

After lodging a complaint about the insurance being charged on my personal loan and wanting to cancel it. Eventually I was contacted by a consultant who told me I had to go into a branch. So went to the Norwood branch and dealt with a consultant Lazarus who looked on the system and it appeared to him that it had been. He assured me that he would contact me once he had confirmed that the insurance had been cancelled. Never heard from him. Since he was also advise me on the change of debit order details. I lodged a complaint with absa and was contacted by a person from the Norwood branch.who just wanted to change the debit order. Amazingly that they managed to do at 2pm on a Friday Afternoon. And once again debit my new for the same amount. So what more can I do. Ive done exactly what they asked me to do.But still im being charged for insurance I don't want. Maybe they hope that I will give up and just pay the additional R23 700. in that case id rather refinance the loan with another bank on principle as I was not informed upfront what the insurance costs were.
