Still a problem

I fica my account on 05/03/2015. Then had to redo it 23/07/2015. Went to see them again 03/08/2015. And again my accout is not fica today. Jane please can you do your work. How many times do I need to go to the bank to sort this out?????? I wanted to withdraw money on 18/9/2015. Again it said it was not fiicaed I had to phone the bank again to lift the ban. Do I need to do this once a week???
