Absa is a ****, I took a vehicle finance in 2018. my terms were for 72 months, which means I'm supposed to finish paying for the car this year 2024 in April. However when I cheched my recent statement it state that my terms are now 82 months meaning I will finish paying for the car in 2025, instead of just being left with 3 months, now have 14 months left. I call to inquire about this, I'm a told is because my account is in arrears for R4 160,60. so they decided to add another year mind you I was not consulted, I did not agree to this.and when i question which tools they used to concluded that if im in arrears for R4 160,60 that means they must add a year.no one can answer me ,ive been sent from pillar to post and yet no one can explain
