Stelsel fout!!!
Op 11 Oktober 2017 het ABSA 56 transaksies uit my rekening laat gaan met 'n total van meer as R18000-00. Dis als ou transaksies wat terug gaan tot sover as April 2017.
Ek het 'n tjek rekening SONDER 'n OVERDRAFT maar tog staan my rekening op MINUS R18000-00.
Asof dit nie genoeg is nie, word ek met rente belaai op ELKE transaksies wat deur is. Hoekom moet ek BETAAL vir ABSA se fout.
Ek sukkel al van 11 Oktober'17 af om antwoorde te kry, maar niemand kan ons help nie.
